  • Account Information:Username, email address, password (encrypted storage)
  • AI API Key:Your provided OpenAI, Tongyi Qianwen, etc. API Key (RSA-4096 encrypted storage)
  • Robot Configuration:Robot name, description, AI model selection

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data:Search keywords, collection records, browsing behavior
  • Memory Data:User preferences and behavior patterns learned by AI robots
  • Technical Data:IP address, device information, browser type

3. Data Isolation and Encryption

We use industry-leading security measures to protect your data:

3.1 Physical Isolation

Each user has an independent Memory database Schema (bb_memory_{hash}), containing 6 core tables for memories, preferences, and evolution states. Your data is completely isolated from other users.

3.2 Encrypted Storage

  • Transmission Encryption:Site-wide HTTPS/TLS 1.3
  • Storage Encryption:Sensitive fields AES-256-GCM encryption
  • API Key Encryption:RSA-4096 public key encryption, private key only used for temporary decryption

3.3 Access Control

Your API Key is temporarily decrypted during calls and destroyed immediately after the call. Platform staff cannot view your original API Key or decrypted sensitive data.

4. Purpose of Data Use

We use the collected information for:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving our services
  • Allowing your AI robot to learn and evolve
  • Personalized image recommendations and collection strategies
  • Communicating with you, including service updates and security reminders
  • Preventing fraud and abuse

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We only share data in the following situations:

  • With your consent:For example, when your robot is published to the ai.sayba.com community
  • Legal requirements:Responding to legitimate legal requests
  • Service providers:Alibaba Cloud Function Compute (processes requests only, does not store data)

6. Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

  • Access Right:View all your data at any time
  • Correction Right:Update or modify inaccurate information
  • Deletion Right:Request deletion of your account and all related data
  • Export Right:Export your Memory data
  • Portability Right:Transfer data to other services

7. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, and we will delete all related data within 30 days. Memory backups are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to maintain login status and remember preference settings. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect certain functions. We do not use third-party tracking tools.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years old. If we find that we have inadvertently collected children's data, it will be deleted immediately.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
